RELEASED JULY 8 2008….. Eighth in a series from Track One Recordings, Euro Club Hits Vol. 7 brings top tracks from European radio and clubs direct to USA/Canada downloaders. You’ll notice that we now have a proper designer on-board so our album covers will no longer look like they were made on a Commodore 64. First off, from The Netherlands, is DJ Jose’s “Stepping To The Beat”, which was a huge european-wide smash in 2007.  Track One’s collaboration with Ian Carey continues with “Get Shaky”, featuring the vocal talents of Los Angeles based Ragsy. “Get Shaky” is already tipped for massive worlwide success, with mainstream radio crossover in progress in Europe and Australia at the time of release. Adam Y., a producer from Isreal, brings us the reggae-flavored “Be Love”, followed by Julien Creance’s classic “Heatwave”, featuring the vocal talents of Alexander Perls. From Germany we have Phunk Foundation, and Roy Gates from The Netherlands brings us “World Is Spinning”, which hit #27 in Holland’s national pop chart in early 2008. Sex on Monday is well known Italian project, and their remix of “Sexy Lady” is a burner. Angie Be is an upcoming pop diva from france — her “Soundwaves” is set for release on Universal Music in that country later in 2008. DJ Jurgen, a well-known Dutch DJ, here contribues “A Higher Love”, also set for big-time radio crossover this year across the continent. Yer Man is the pseudonym of Ireland’s Aaron McClelland aka Fonzerelli, here with the dark and fabulous “My Shooter” — for those of you paying attention, you may remember this vocal sample from Euro Club Hits Vol. 1. Whoever emails us first with the correct identification of this prior usage gets a Lucky Cookie. Following Men Macklin’s re-work of “Spinnin it Back”, we have an oldie but goodie — Alexander Perls’ 2004 remix of NYC indie band My Favorite’s “Homeless Club Kids”…..  Download now!

First on this compilation is the “Summer Sunset on Ibiza” vocal mix of “Summerfish”, a track by Leonid Rudenko feat. Daniella, which will be familiar to XM BPM listeners in the USA, as it was the #1 played song of 2007 on that station. Next, from France, comes a track by the rapidly rising star Dim Chris, featuring the vocals of Alexander Perls. Dim Chris’ followup single to “Because of You” was “Sucker”, which was a top-10 hit in France in Spring 2008. Also included on this compilation is Alexander Perls’ bizarre “Heaven’s Never Gonna Be Like This”, inspired apparently by Eric Clapton’s “Wonderful Tonight”, and two projects produced in Italy: M.A.S.S. and M.S.N., both from the well known Naples-based production team Phunk Investigation. Next up is Aaron Mcclelland, the “real name” of Irish producer Fonzerelli…. whose massive 2005 hit “Moonlight Party” earned him top-10 remixer status. Rounding out the compilation is a big track set for release on Airplay/Universal in France: “Give It Up” — featuring the production skills of well-known hitmaker Laurent Konrad, and the name power of rising stars Kevin Tandarsen and Fozzy Bear, both exponents of the “Tektonik” wave — do a youtube search for this song for some surprises! Download now!
